Take 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

The expiry date can be found on the label.  Do not use past expiry. Expiry is 6 months from Date of Compounding (on label).

Side effects may include stomach upset, nausea or diarrhoea. If this occurs then discontinue use.

You should seek urgent medical attention or go to your local emergency department immediately if you experience trouble breathing, hives, swelling of the face, lips or tongue, chest tightness, fainting, seizures or any other symptoms that may indicate a severe allergy.

DO NOT use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in the Ingredients list.

Free from nuts, corn, wheat, gluten, yeast, shellfish, dairy, milk, artificial colours or preservatives.

Capsules contain gelatin and are unsuitable for vegans and vegetarians.
