Dosage Guide

Daytime Capsule

  • Up to 3 x EVERYDAY Capsules every day with food and water.
  • Take the first EVERYDAY capsule in the morning. If needed take a second EVERYDAY capsule later in the morning or early afternoon.
  • Take the second EVERYDAY capsule depending on your hunger
    and energy levels.

Beginners: Do not take both capsules at the same time. Do
not take the capsules after early afternoon.


180 x Day Time Capsules

Dose per 1 Capsule:

Alpha Lipoic Acid 100mg
Caffeine 35mg
Forskolin 125mg (derived from Coleus Forskohlii ext. 10:1)
Green Tea Extract 40mg (60% polyphenols)
L-Ornithine 150mg
Phentermine 2.5mg
L-Taurine 120mg

Low Calorie Day Capsules

  • 1 x LOW CALORIE DAY Capsule on your low calorie days in the
    morning with food and water. 3 times weekly.
  • Low calorie days cannot be consecutive.
  • The LOW CALORIE DAY capsule can be combined with the EVERYDAY capsules.

Beginners: on your low calorie days, start by only taking the LOW CALORIE DAY capsule by itself.

You can then add a DAYTIME capsules as needed during the day

  • Level 3 is a 60-day program which is spread across 4 different components (3 daytime, 1 nighttime)
  • The goal is to introduce 3 Low Calorie days in your weekly routine


  • 3 Low Calorie Days per week
  • On the low calories days we recommend restricting your calories intake to 50% of usual calorie intake
  • Do not complete consecutive low calories days.
  • Have your Low Calorie day Capsule first in the morning. If you feel you need more energy have your Everday Capsule(s) no later than midday
