Dosage Guide

LOW CALORIE DAYS

Level 1: 1 Low Calorie days per week.

  • On the low calories days we recommend restricting your calories intake to 500 calories for women and 600 for men.
  • Do not complete consecutive low calories days.
  • We also recommend having your Low Calorie day Capsule first in the morning and then taking your Daytime Capsule no later than midday if you feel you need more energy.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT LEVEL 1 PACK

  • Level 1 is a 90 day program which is spread across 3 different elements (3 different types of capsules).
  • Level 1 is designed assuming 1 low calorie day per week.
