CBD only
- Half to one full gummy at a time
- Up to 2 gummies per day
- Take before bedtime, or when in need of calming
Beginners: Take half a gummy to start with, and assess reaction

- Half to one full gummy at a time
- Up to 2 gummies daily
- Do NOT take before bedtime; allow at least 3 hours between bedtime and intake

- A quarter to half a gummy at a time

- Take 30 minutes to an hour before betime
